	“Austin 7 at the Hairpin” - watercolour, gouache and charcoal


	SV Holbrook’s Austin Seven rounds the Dundonald hairpin in the 1929 Ards Tourist Trophy race. Despite challenging and extremely changeable weather conditions the little car finished in 4th place. The Austin team did so well with these little cars at the 1929 Ards TT that thereafter the model became known as Austin Seven “Ulsters”. Commission
